We are proud of the fact that a substantial majority of our Executive Board is made up of Rank-and-File members. Which is as it should be. The members of the Board meet regularly to discuss and vote on each of the major issues our union is confronted with. The diverse membership makes sure that issues are discussed from every point of view.
