Ben Burgess (second from right) was presented a key to the City of Mayfield, KY from City Clerk Tami Johnson. State Rep. Fred Nesler, D-Mayfield (on right), presented the veteran with a citation from the Kentucky Legislature. At left is Larry McIntosh (Local 227 member & E-Board member), a neighbor to Burgess, and second from left is Binford Watts who went into the service with Burgess. Most impressive were a military salute and presentation of an American Flag conducted by American Legion Post 26 in Mayfield, KY and an up-close look at the "Last Seen Alive" Indian motorcycle that is on exhibit across the country by Ed Burge of Mayfied.
