Minutes of the May meeting approved as read.
Treasury report made by Petey Tapp - $126.95 savings and $764.13 checking. Approved as read.
Mary Rucker reported on cards sent to the sick, and families of deceased members. Two first time attendees, Daniel Grant (Armour) and Kenneth Smith (Fischer Packing). Mary told about the KEMBA Credit Union dinner held at Holy Family Church last month. Said it was very enjoyable. The father of Irvin Conley (Irv is the Director for Local 227) passed away since the last retirees meeting. Our condolences to Irvin and his family.
New Business - July 9th picnic. Letters to be sent out Tuesday, June 16th, helpers needed to stuff envelopes at 10:00 am. Those who bring door prizes will receive a door prize ticket. If you do not bring a door prize, you will not receive a door prize ticket. Also don't forget to bring your can goods for the baskets for the needy.
