MINUTES FOR MAY 14, 2009
Lunch 12:00 pm (noon). Prayer led by President James Hatfield.
Meeting came to order at 12:45 pm.
Pledge of flag was said. Fourteen (14) members were present.
Minutes of the April’s meeting was read by President James Hatfield, in absence of Secretary Norma Higgins.
Treasury Report by Petey Tapp - $126.95 in savings, $811.27 in checking
Mary Rucker's Report - no report given due to Mary being absent from meeting.
New Business
●Talked about elections, and the July picnic.
Old Business
● None
50/50 won by Jim Hatfield. He donated his winnings back to the treasury.
Meting adjourned at 2:00 pm.
