Labor management luncheon was at U of L on Wednesday, Nov. 10th. Mary and some of the Retirees attended this luncheon. The next luncheon will be held on Dec 8th. Our own UFCW will receive an award. There was an article in the newspaper about the couple who came and gave us a talk about buying caskets Ginny could not be with us today as her sister is worse, and will not let anyone come and sit with her. Francelle Cox fell and needs someone to come stay with her. More for home than wages.
Mary read a "Tribute to Veterans" that was in Ann Landers old column today. Very nice.
