Brian Capron served as a rank and file union member for a total of 8 years, including 3 years at Kroger and 5 years at Smithfield, where he served as a Union Steward for all 5 years. He has worked for the last 7 years as a Union Representative, bringing experience, commitment, and a dedication to fighting for his union members.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and watching on his favorite sports teams. He shares his life with his partner Runada Brown, and their family includes Bryan Capron, Akeeviah Betts (Keevie), and Monkey—the chihuahua with the heart of a pitbull.
