Request a Copy of Your Union Contract
As a UFCW 227 member, you have the right to access your collective bargaining agreement. If you need a digital or printed copy of your contract, submit the form below and we’ll follow up.
Your request will only be used to locate your contract and respond to you. We will not share your information with your employer.
Report a Health & Safety Issue
If you’re experiencing unsafe working conditions, hazards, or health and safety concerns on the job, let us know. Union staff can help assess the situation and discuss next steps.
