Union Wellness Benefit: Up to $150 with Lincoln Financial Coverage (Enrollment Required)

Many union members enrolled in Lincoln Financial coverage have access to a valuable wellness benefit.

What is the Wellness Benefit?

If you’re a union member enrolled in Lincoln Financial coverage, you may be eligible for:

  • $50 reimbursement per covered person

  • For each type of coverage:

    • Accident

    • Critical Illness

    • Hospital Indemnity

  • Up to $150 in reimbursements per year

This benefit renews every 12 months.

What counts?

This benefit pays you for completing routine, preventive care like:

  • Annual physicals

  • Dental exams

  • Vision checkups

  • Blood work and screenings

  • Mammograms, colonoscopies, and more

This is not an automatic benefit for all union members. It’s part of your Lincoln Financial insurance coverage, which is:

  • Only available to union members

  • Optional—you must enroll to access it
