Union Plus College Scholarship Application Open!
The first of 3 scholarships for UFCW 227 members and their families is now taking applications.
UFCW 227 members are eligible to apply for 3 college scholarships every year. Union Plus is a group you might know more for their restaurant coupons like $3’s off at Roosters, or you know that you can get up to 30% off tickets to Regal Cinema with the Union Plus App. But you also need to know that since 1991 they have awarded more than $5.4 million to over 3,800 union families for higher education.
The Union Plus Scholarship Program is currently taking applications with a deadline of 12:00pm, EST, Wednesday January 31st 2024. Recipients will be awarded $500-$4,000 in June of 2024, and notified by postal mail. Union members and their families can re-apply each year.
