The Family Preparedness Clinic is an informational and supportive space for immigrant union members and their families. The goal is to help families prepare for emergencies, organize important information, and gain peace of mind.
During this event, families will be able to:
Create a family preparedness binder with important documents to keep in a safe place
Receive general information about legal rights, constitutional protections, and common situations people may encounter
Complete notarized power of attorney documents to ensure there is a plan to care for children in case of an emergency
Appointments are required to ensure each family receives adequate time and support.
