Our union is dedicated to fighting for your right to retire. A few of the ways we do this are with contract language, special benefits, and exclusive training that UFCW 227 members both new and existing can take advantage of to make sure their retirement plans are on track.

We are excited to announce an exclusive new benefit for Medicare-eligible UFCW 227 members and retirees: the Fenyx Health Group Medical Savings Account (MSA). This is a unique Medicare Advantage plan not available to the general public.
How It Works: The Fenyx MSA is a $0-premium Medicare Advantage plan that puts money from Medicare directly into a bank account for the member.
Annual Deposit: Members receive a yearly deposit from Medicare to spend, save, or invest for health needs.
Freedom of Choice: Members can see any provider that participates in Medicare.
No Referrals: There is no need for referrals or additional prior authorizations.100% Coverage: After the deductible is met, the plan pays 100% of Medicare-approved care.
Keep Your Money: Any unused funds at the end of the year stay in the account for future use.
